Support questions from existing Managed customers are answered within one business day; Diagnostic customers within two. Trade (plumbing, electrical, gasfitting, drainage or multi-trade), crew size (solo / 2–5 / 6–25), and the one workflow you most want to fix — invoicing, compliance records, or follow-up reminders. If you already use ServiceTitan or a spreadsheet workflow, name it; we use that to shape the demo so it lands on the parts that matter for your business.
